Summer Furniture Sale

What's included

Our Summer furniture sale runs from June through August, matching the outdoor furniture summer sale season when patios and porches get the most use. Outdoor furniture and sofas are a common focus during this stretch, along with sectionals, beds, dining sets, accent chairs, and rugs for anyone furnishing indoors while the weather is warm outside. Because our special discounts apply across the catalog, it's a convenient stretch to pair new outdoor seating with an indoor sofa or rug in the same order.

Special discounts

During the sale we offer special discounts. The price shown in your cart is the price you pay at checkout, and our team is happy to help with questions about a specific piece.

Delivery and pickup

New York Modern ships across the United States, so a summer order arrives whether you're setting up a patio or a living room. If you're near Houston, our warehouse also offers local pickup as an alternative to shipping, which can help if you'd rather grab a patio set the same day. Affirm is available at checkout for spreading a larger order over time. Whether you're starting outdoors or in, our special discounts cover sofas, sectionals, beds, dining sets, accent chairs, rugs, and outdoor furniture for the length of the sale. This page runs year-round, so outside summer it will simply show whichever sale is currently active instead.
