Furniture Sale

Sales throughout the year

New York Modern runs a rotating calendar of sales built around the times people are already furnishing their homes: a Fall sale, a Black Friday furniture sale, a Cyber Monday furniture sale, a Christmas furniture sale, a New Year furniture sale, a Winter furniture sale, a Presidents Day furniture sale, a Spring furniture sale, a Memorial Day furniture sale, a Summer furniture sale, a 4th of July furniture sale, and a Labor Day furniture sale. Whichever one is currently running is shown at the top of this page along with the details for that event, so you don't have to guess what's active.

How our sales work

Each sale covers our full assortment, from sofas, sectionals, and beds to dining sets, accent chairs, rugs, and outdoor furniture, so you can shop for a single piece or an entire room. When a sale is live, we offer special discounts, and the price shown in your cart is the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing extra to look up or type in. Between sales, this page stays online so you can see what's coming and plan around it rather than guessing.

Delivery and pickup

New York Modern ships furniture across the United States, and if you're near Houston, our warehouse also offers local pickup as an alternative to shipping. Affirm is available at checkout if you'd rather pay over time instead of all at once. Bookmark this page if you're planning a move or a redesign — the next sale on our calendar will appear here automatically when it opens, with the same straightforward shopping experience every time.
