New Year Furniture Sale

What's included

Our New Year furniture sale bridges late December into early January, which lines up well with a new year furniture sale search for anyone starting a fresh space in a new home or apartment. Beds and sofas are popular picks for this one, along with sectionals, dining sets, accent chairs, rugs, and outdoor furniture for shoppers planning a full reset rather than a single swap. Since the discount applies sitewide, it's common to combine a bed with a sofa or a dining set in a single order when starting a space from scratch.

Special discounts

During the sale we offer special discounts. The price shown in your cart is the price you pay at checkout, and our team is happy to help with questions about a specific piece.

Planning your purchase

Early in the year is a common time for moves and lease changes, so it's worth measuring your new space before ordering anything large like a sectional or bed frame. New York Modern ships to addresses nationwide, and if you're in the Houston area, our warehouse also offers local pickup as an alternative to shipping. Affirm is available at checkout for spreading a larger purchase over time. Whichever room you're starting with, our special discounts apply across sofas, sectionals, beds, dining sets, accent chairs, rugs, and outdoor furniture for the length of the sale. This page stays live all year, so outside this window it will simply show whichever sale is currently running instead.
