New York Modern products undergo a series of rigorous quality control inspections to confirm the excellence of the product that will be shipped to you. We offer a one-year warranty on all of our products and in that period we will replace any manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear. In the unlikely event that your item has a defect, please email detailed images to us for your case to be reviewed. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you've protected your purchase with an extended warranty.

If you are using the chair and a part breaks, we will replace it for free. If you have a pet and it scratches the leather, we will offer you the replacement parts at cost, but it will not be included in the warranty.

Can I have a sample of fabric swatches to be sure about my decision?

Do you have a physical retail store or showroom?
We don't have any showrooms. We are a Factory-Direct Business. No middleman! This allows us to keep our overhead down and offer the great pricing that you see. Try out our furniture in your own home! Why not with our no questions asked 30 day return policy? And with free shipping, it makes the deal even sweeter.
Are your products commercial grade?
Yes! All of our leather products are commercial grade. Many of our other products are suitable for commercial use as well. Please reach out to us via chat or at support@newyorkmodern.com if you have commercial suitability questions.
How long will it take to get my orders?
In stock items will ship within 48 hours. Shipping transit time is, on average, 5 to 14 business days depending on the size of your order and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate with respect to transit time.
What kind of warranty do you have on your products?
Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. All of our product come with a one year warranty. We will replace or repair any products with defects in material or workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty applies one year from date of delivery. For the warranty to apply, the product must have been purchased directly from New York Modern and used for its intended purpose. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes or if the defect is due to use beyond normal wear and tear.
Where are your products manufactured?
We travel all over the world in search for craftsmen that will meet our customers needs. We currently work with manufacturers in Malaysia, Turkey, China and Indonesia. Our founders personally visit every single factory we work with on a regular basis and make sure they continue to meet our strict benchmarks for ethical business practices and quality control.
Do you use PBDE or flame retardants in your furniture?
No. None of our foam or fabrics contain PBDE or flame retardants and they are certified to be free of toxic gases. We strive to do what is best for the environment and safe for your home. All of our products are compliant with revised California technical bulletin TB-117-2013.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer a range of financing options, from 3, 6 and 12 months ranging from 0-30% APR, through our partnership with Affirm, Klarna and soon Synchrony Finance! You can prequalify for financing before checkout via this link. Prequalifying does not affect your credit score.

How can I change or edit my order?
