Fall Sale

What's included

Our Fall furniture sale runs across the whole catalog, so it's a good time to shop a fall furniture sale for the pieces that get the most use once everyone is back indoors: sectionals and sofas for the living room, dining sets for family dinners, and accent chairs or rugs to round out a space. Bedroom shoppers can use the same event for a new bed frame, and if you're extending a patio into cooler weather, outdoor furniture is included too.

Special discounts

During the sale we offer special discounts. The price shown in your cart is the price you pay at checkout, and our team is happy to help with questions about a specific piece.

Planning your purchase

Because New York Modern ships across the United States, a fall sale furniture order can be timed around a move, a lease start date, or simply getting a room ready before the holidays arrive. If you're in the Houston area, our warehouse offers local pickup as an alternative to shipping. Affirm is available at checkout for anyone who'd rather pay over time instead of in one lump sum. However you shop, our special discounts apply across sofas, sectionals, beds, dining sets, accent chairs, rugs, and outdoor furniture for the duration of the sale. This page stays live year-round, so if you're reading it outside the Fall window, bookmark it and check back — the same terms return each time the sale opens again.
