Description
Bovi 4' x 6' Anthracite Washable Area Rug
There is a version of the anthracite Bovi for nearly every floor, and 4' x 6' is the one that suits an apartment. It fills the foot-of-bed zone, defines a compact seating nook, or covers the working half of a studio without dominating it.
Dark color does the visual work; the engineering does the rest. Low pile, no shedding, stain resistance, and a backing that grips the floor rather than gathering at the corners. When the rug has taken enough, it washes in a machine and folds flat afterward.
- Size: 4' x 6'
- Anthracite colorway
- Low-pile, non-shedding fibers
- Machine washable and stain resistant
- Non-slip backing; kid and pet friendly
In a one-bedroom, it plays well beneath a compact sofa and a pair of ottomans.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you order. Still stuck? Call or text 844-305-3247 or email support@newyorkmodern.com.
How long will it take to get this?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time averages 5 to 14 business days depending on the size of your order and your destination. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
What does delivery include?
Free Threshold Delivery, included on orders of $50 or more, brings the piece to the first dry area of your home, such as inside the front door or the garage. It does not include unpacking or assembly, and the delivery team does not take packaging away. White Glove Delivery and Assembly is available at checkout for $199.99: delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly and removal of all packaging.
How do I choose the right size?
The exact dimensions of every size we stock are listed in the product details above. In a living room, a rug that sits under at least the front legs of your seating reads intentional. Under a dining table, allow roughly 24 inches beyond the table edge so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.
Does the rug ship rolled?
Rugs ship rolled and boxed by parcel carrier. Creases from packing usually relax within a few days once the rug is laid flat. Reverse-rolling the rug or weighing down the corners speeds that up.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The piece must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Non-defective returns carry a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Damage or defects reported within 24 hours of delivery are repaired or replaced at no cost.
What warranty comes with it?
Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; the length of coverage depends on the product. We handle claims for you: a technician first attempts a repair, and a replacement is arranged if the item cannot be restored. It does not cover normal wear and tear, pet or accidental damage, or commercial use. Email us for a free copy of the warranty for this product. Orders placed with a promotional 5-year warranty keep those terms.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. You can pay over time with Affirm or Klarna at checkout, subject to eligibility (see affirm.com/disclosures for lending terms). PayTomorrow is also available, including a no-credit-needed option. Prequalifying does not affect your credit score.
