Description
Winslow 4-Drawer Chest in Smokey Walnut with Live-Edge Fronts
Wood grain rarely gets to speak this loudly. The Winslow chest is built from solid mahogany with walnut veneers, and its smokey walnut finish, washed out in places, lets the swirling grain read as pattern rather than background. Live-edge drawer fronts keep the silhouette from ever feeling machine-made.
Storage is the quiet argument here. Four large drawers handle folded layers and off-season pieces, while a six-compartment organizer keeps small things from disappearing. The seamless drawer design and floating base give the chest a light, sculptural profile that sits comfortably among other modern dressers or on its own.
- Solid mahogany with walnut veneers
- Smokey walnut finish with washed-out accents
- Four large drawers plus a six-compartment organizer
- Live-edge drawer fronts and a floating base
- Completes the full Winslow bedroom collection
In a narrow New York bedroom, its vertical footprint buys back floor space without giving up capacity.

- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, pet damage, modifications or commercial use.
- Orders placed with a promotional 5-year warranty keep the terms of that promotion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you order. Still stuck? Call or text 844-305-3247 or email support@newyorkmodern.com.
How long will it take to get this?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time averages 5 to 14 business days depending on the size of your order and your destination. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
What does delivery include?
Free Threshold Delivery, included on orders of $50 or more, brings the piece to the first dry area of your home, such as inside the front door or the garage. It does not include unpacking or assembly, and the delivery team does not take packaging away. White Glove Delivery and Assembly is available at checkout for $199.99: delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly and removal of all packaging.
Does it arrive assembled?
Assembly requirements are noted in the product details above. Storage pieces often arrive assembled with the drawers packed separately. White Glove Delivery and Assembly is available at checkout for $199.99 and includes assembly and packaging removal.
Should it be anchored to the wall?
Any tall chest or dresser in a home with children or pets should be secured to the wall. If anti-tip hardware is supplied with this piece it is listed in the details above. Otherwise a standard furniture anti-tip kit from a hardware store does the job.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The piece must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Non-defective returns carry a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Damage or defects reported within 24 hours of delivery are repaired or replaced at no cost.
What warranty comes with it?
Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; the length of coverage depends on the product. We handle claims for you: a technician first attempts a repair, and a replacement is arranged if the item cannot be restored. It does not cover normal wear and tear, pet or accidental damage, or commercial use. Email us for a free copy of the warranty for this product. Orders placed with a promotional 5-year warranty keep those terms.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. You can pay over time with Affirm or Klarna at checkout, subject to eligibility (see affirm.com/disclosures for lending terms). PayTomorrow is also available, including a no-credit-needed option. Prequalifying does not affect your credit score.
