To arrange pickup, email support@newyorkmodern.com after placing your order and we will let you know when it is ready. Please bring your order number and a vehicle large enough for your items.
- Pickup orders are stored free of charge for 15 calendar days after we notify you that the order is ready.
- From day 16 to day 21, a storage fee of $10 per day applies.
- Orders not picked up within 21 days are cancelled, and the refund is reduced by the storage fees and a 20% restocking fee.
Missed deliveries
Freight carriers schedule a delivery appointment with you in advance. If no one is available at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee applies; we confirm the amount before the new delivery is scheduled.
Delivery areas

Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted. The item must arrive at our warehouse within 20 days of the date the RMA is issued.
- Condition: Items must be new and unused, unassembled and unmodified, and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.
- Restocking fee: Returns of items that are not defective carry a 30% restocking fee.
