Warranty
Our products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The length of coverage depends on the product and the manufacturer. For a free copy of the written warranty for any product, before or after you buy, email support@newyorkmodern.com.
- To make a claim, email photos of the issue and your order number. We work with the manufacturer on your behalf: a technician first attempts a repair, and if the item cannot be restored to like-new condition, a replacement is arranged based on the technician's report.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, pet damage, modifications or commercial use.
- Orders placed with a promotional 5-year warranty keep the terms of that promotion.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

- If the manufacturer determines that a defective item can be repaired, we arrange the repair at no cost to you; in that case a return or exchange is not offered. If it cannot be restored to like-new condition, we arrange a replacement.
- If we ship the wrong item, we exchange it for the correct one at no cost.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase receive a full refund, unless the order has already left our warehouse.
- After 24 hours, a 3% payment processing fee applies.
- Once an order is in transit or ready for delivery, a cancellation receives a 70% refund.
- Delivered orders cannot be cancelled; the return terms above apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you order. Still stuck? Call or text 844-305-3247 or email support@newyorkmodern.com.
How long will it take to get this?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time averages 5 to 14 business days depending on the size of your order and your destination. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
What does delivery include?
Free Threshold Delivery, included on orders of $50 or more, brings the piece to the first dry area of your home, such as inside the front door or the garage. It does not include unpacking or assembly, and the delivery team does not take packaging away. White Glove Delivery and Assembly is available at checkout for $199.99: delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly and removal of all packaging.
Is assembly included?
Beds arrive packed flat with the hardware needed to put them together, and assembly requirements are noted in the product details above. If you would rather not do it yourself, add White Glove Delivery and Assembly at checkout for $199.99 and the delivery team assembles the bed in the room you choose.
Which mattress size does this fit?
The size this frame is built for is shown in the product title and options above, and the interior dimensions are in the details. Mattresses are sold separately unless the listing says otherwise.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The piece must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Non-defective returns carry a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Damage or defects reported within 24 hours of delivery are repaired or replaced at no cost.
What warranty comes with it?
Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; the length of coverage depends on the product. We handle claims for you: a technician first attempts a repair, and a replacement is arranged if the item cannot be restored. It does not cover normal wear and tear, pet or accidental damage, or commercial use. Email us for a free copy of the warranty for this product. Orders placed with a promotional 5-year warranty keep those terms.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. You can pay over time with Affirm or Klarna at checkout, subject to eligibility (see affirm.com/disclosures for lending terms). PayTomorrow is also available, including a no-credit-needed option. Prequalifying does not affect your credit score.
