Porter Console Table in Mango Wood
Three angular legs give this console its geometry: two splayed at the ends, one set at the center, each cut to create a sculptural line rather than simply hold a plank in the air. A black wire-brushed finish pulls the texture of the mango wood forward instead of covering it.
Solid wood, 45 inches long and only 14.5 inches deep, it slides behind a sofa, along a hallway, or against the wall of an entryway without taking the room hostage. Adjustable levelers keep it true on an uneven prewar floor. Assembly required.
