Keynote Fabric Upholstered Storage Platform Bed Frame

Upholstered in woven heathered fabric and padded with dense foam, this queen storage bed adapts to various decorative themes, making it ideal for primary bedrooms and guest bedrooms. Boasting a gently curved headboard, it features a cloud bed frame silhouette that subtly extends beyond the mattress's edge. The lift-up platform uses a gas spring mechanism to reveal spacious underbed storage for blankets, pillows, clothing, and other bedroom essentials. The robust construction and wooden slat base of the Keynote upholstered storage bed frame eliminate the need for a traditional box spring, while mattress bumpers at the headboard help keep the mattress securely in place. Each queen bed frame stands on practical and durable legs, comes equipped with non-marking caps to protect floors, and includes a lifting strap at the footboard for easy access to the hidden storage compartment. New York Modern ships free of charge on orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. This page explains how your order is processed, shipped and delivered.

Shipping cost

Standard Threshold Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. White Glove Delivery & Assembly is available at checkout for $199.99 per order.

Processing and transit time

• Processing: in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of your order.
• Transit: 5 to 14 business days on average, depending on the size of your order and your destination.
• Tracking: you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Carriers

Smaller items such as lighting, rugs and accent pieces ship by parcel carrier (FedEx or UPS). Large furniture such as sofas, sectionals, beds, dressers and dining tables ships by freight carrier. Freight carriers contact you to schedule a delivery appointment before they arrive, and a signature may be required.

Delivery services

Threshold Delivery (free): your furniture is brought to the first dry area of your home, such as inside the front door or the garage. Unpacking and assembly are not included.

White Glove Delivery & Assembly ($199.99): in-home delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly of your furniture and removal of all packaging materials.

Warehouse pickup (Houston area)

Customers in the Houston area can pick up their order free of charge at our warehouse: 1403 Gillingham Lane, Unit 100, Sugar Land, TX 77478 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM). To arrange pickup, email support@newyorkmodern.com after placing your order and we will let you know when it is ready. Please bring your order number and a vehicle large enough for your items.

• Pickup orders are stored free of charge for 15 calendar days after we notify you that the order is ready.
• From day 16 to day 21, a storage fee of $10 per day applies.
• Orders not picked up within 21 days are cancelled, and the refund is reduced by the storage fees and a 20% restocking fee.

Missed deliveries

Freight carriers schedule a delivery appointment with you in advance. If no one is available at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee applies; we confirm the amount before the new delivery is scheduled.

Delivery areas

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time.

Before delivery

Please measure doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators against the product dimensions listed on the product page. Deliveries that cannot be completed because the item does not fit are treated as returns under our Return Policy.

Inspecting your delivery

Inspect the packaging before you sign. Note any holes, crushing or other damage on the delivery receipt you sign with the carrier. If you notice damage after unpacking, photograph it and email support@newyorkmodern.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for damaged, defective or missing items must reach customer service within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement, replacement parts or a repair at no cost to you.

Changes and cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase by email. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from any refund, as described in our Return Policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

• Return authorization: Before sending anything back, email support@newyorkmodern.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted. The item must arrive at our warehouse within 20 days of the date the RMA is issued.
• Condition: Items must be new and unused, unassembled and unmodified, and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.
• Restocking fee: Returns of items that are not defective carry a 30% restocking fee.
• Return shipping: The customer pays for return shipping. We can arrange a pickup for an estimated $2.50 per pound; we confirm the exact amount before the pickup is scheduled.
• Refused deliveries: Refusing delivery of an item that is not damaged is treated as a return; the 30% restocking fee and return shipping apply.
• Delivery services: White Glove Delivery & Assembly fees are not refundable once the service has been performed.

Items that cannot be returned

• Final Sale and special-order items
• Mattresses, foundations, bedding and linens, unless structurally defective (see Damaged or defective items)
• Individual pieces of a sectional
• Cordless power packs
• Items that show use, stains, pet hair or damage

Refunds

• After the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund, less the fees above, to the original payment method. We cannot refund in cash, by check or to a different payment method.
• Refunds usually appear within 3 to 5 business days after we process them, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

• Please inspect your delivery before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
• Report damage, defects or missing parts within 24 hours of delivery by emailing photos and your order number to support@newyorkmodern.com. Claims reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted. Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.
• If the manufacturer determines that a defective item can be repaired, we arrange the repair at no cost to you; in that case a return or exchange is not offered. If it cannot be restored to like-new condition, we arrange a replacement.
• If we ship the wrong item, we exchange it for the correct one at no cost.

Cancellations

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase receive a full refund, unless the order has already left our warehouse.
• After 24 hours, a 3% payment processing fee applies.
• Once an order is in transit or ready for delivery, a cancellation receives a 70% refund.
• Delivered orders cannot be cancelled; the return terms above apply.

Warranty

Our products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The length of coverage depends on the product and the manufacturer. For a free copy of the written warranty for any product, before or after you buy, email support@newyorkmodern.com.

• To make a claim, email photos of the issue and your order number. We work with the manufacturer on your behalf: a technician first attempts a repair, and if the item cannot be restored to like-new condition, a replacement is arranged based on the technician's report.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, pet damage, modifications or commercial use.
• Orders placed with a promotional 5-year warranty keep the terms of that promotion.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
