This bed has a low profile design that helps to anchor your bedroom in chic modern design. It's built with a solid wood frame and features tapered and flared legs with low side rails and footboard. We love how low profile side rails and footboard give you easy access to the mattress, so making the bed takes no time at all. The panel headboard is wrapped in velvet upholstery that's dotted with diamond button tufting for a vintage look. Foam filling provides some extra padding behind your head. This bed arrives with slats, so you don't have to add a box spring under your mattress.

Shipping cost

Standard Threshold Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. White Glove Delivery & Assembly is available at checkout for $199.99 per order.

Processing and transit time

• Processing: in-stock items ship within 48 hours of your order.
• Transit: 5 to 14 business days on average, depending on the size of your order and your destination.
• Tracking: you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Carriers

Smaller items such as lighting, rugs and accent pieces ship by parcel carrier (FedEx or UPS). Large furniture such as sofas, sectionals, beds, dressers and dining tables ships by freight carrier. Freight carriers contact you to schedule a delivery appointment before they arrive, and a signature may be required.

Delivery services

Threshold Delivery (free): your furniture is brought to the first dry area of your home, such as inside the front door or the garage. Unpacking and assembly are not included.

White Glove Delivery & Assembly ($199.99): in-home delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly of your furniture and removal of all packaging materials.

Delivery areas

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time.

Before delivery

Please measure doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators against the product dimensions listed on the product page. Deliveries that cannot be completed because the item does not fit are treated as returns under our Return Policy.

Inspecting your delivery

Inspect the packaging before you sign. Note any holes, crushing or other damage on the delivery receipt you sign with the carrier. If you notice damage after unpacking, photograph it and email support@newyorkmodern.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for damaged, defective or missing items must reach customer service within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement, replacement parts or a repair at no cost to you.

Changes and cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase by email. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from any refund, as described in our Return Policy.

New York Modern requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued before accepting a return or replacement. Once the returned item is counted and inspected at our warehouse, credit or refund will be issued by New York Modern. Returned items have a time limitation of 30 days from the original purchase, and return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer if the item was not factory defective. All returns must be made in the original packaging in the original like-new condition.

Any item returned, even if never having been received, that was paid with a debit, credit or prepaid card will be charged a 3.5% credit card processing fee. We pay 3.0 to 6.0% of the cost of any item purchased to the credit card processor. When you return an item, that fee is not refunded to us. E.g. if you buy a couch for $1,000 the fee would be $35. You would then receive a refund of $965.00. This is not a punitive charge. This is a non-refund fee we pay when you make a purchase. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery charges are not refundable. We offer free shipping to you as a part of your purchase, we do in actuality pay for your item to be shipped. In the event of a return that is not due to defect both the outbound and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any items that a customer wishes to return that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee. We can not sell these items as new after we have issued them to a customer. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all purchases upon receipt. If the item is in under 7 days and returned in like-new condition, we will issue a 75% refund and any shipping charges will then be deducted and the balance returned to the payment method on file.

Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear. This applies to non-defective materials. Customers must return to the warehouse - we will not incur the cost of return for non-defective items. Items in used condition will not be accepted. e.g., Pet hair, stains, and abused items. Item must be in like-new condition; if damaged, soiled, or visibly used, the item will be deemed non-returnable. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the product will be inspected within 48 hours, and the appropriate refund will be issued.

Mattresses are not returnable unless structurally defective and proof of defect is sent, with a photo, to support within 12 hours of delivery. If you decide to cancel an order and that order has already been loaded with our 3rd party delivery company any outbound shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund as previously stated.

Any items that are defective in construction will be accepted as returns for 30 days - items must not show signs of abuse or misuse. After this point, we will use our best judgement on how to remedy the issue.


EXCHANGES: We are happy to exchange an item if your order has not already shipped. Exchanges for shipped products are not permitted.

DAMAGED ITEMS: In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we are happy to provide a prompt replacement or in some situations, a repair (broken couch leg, missing button etc..). Please make sure to sipect the packaging at the time of delivery and notate any issues with the packaging eg holes in the box, crushed contents on the delivery receipt that you sign with the delivery company.

If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to support@newyorkmodern.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.

INSPECTION: Signature upon manifest, bill, or "Received by" acknowledges receipt of merchandise in full and in good condition by any authorized agent of the customer named. Any damages must be noted on the bill of lading or manifest at the time of delivery upon inspection.

CLAIMS: A claim must be filed with customer service notifying them of any defective, missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt.

WARRANTY: New York Modern warrants that its products will be free of defects and materials in workmanship for a period of 30 days on all products. New York Modern will replace any product which does not meet this express warranty. Products are not warranted against regular wear and tear, nor are said to be of fitness for a particular use. EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY NEW YORK MODERN FURNITURE CO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIM (INCLUDING ANY CLAIM BASED ON STRICT OR ABSOLUTE LIABILITY IN TORT) THAT IT MAY HAVE AGAINST NEW YORK MODERN FURNITURE FURNITURE CO FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OP INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR EXPENSE CAUSED BY THE PRODUCTS.
