Beneath, a durable wood slat support system creates a sturdy, well-ventilated base for a queen mattress, so no box spring is needed and setup stays simple. The bed measures 85 in. L x 68 in. W x 45 in. H, with 7.1 in. from the floor to the bottom of the side rail. Assembly required.
