A Curve Cut from Plywood
Fathom is an exercise in restraint: one organic, rounded 34-inch top of molded plywood, a wood grain veneer that shows the material off, and splayed legs that give it a stance. Nothing else. Mid-century designers proved plywood could bend into beauty, and this table keeps the argument alive.
The build is more robust than the silhouette suggests, with a 330-pound capacity and anti-skid fabric foot pads that hold position and protect the floor beneath. At 16.5 inches high it sits within easy reach of most sofas, and it is as comfortable in a lounge or reception area as in a living room.
