Description
Elowen 42-Inch Round Dining Table in Light Walnut
Look under this one. The Elowen's base is an abstract geometric puzzle, open leg sections crossing and intersecting to form a foundation that reads differently from every seat at the table. It is the rare dining table where the interesting part sits below the top.
Above, 42 inches of solid rubberwood in a pleasing light walnut finish, the natural grain markings clear under a smooth surface with a slight sheen. A round-over bevel softens the edge and keeps maintenance to a wipe. Plastic glide levelers sit underneath, quietly correcting for floors that have settled over a century.
- 42-inch round top crafted from solid rubberwood
- Light walnut finish with visible natural grain markings
- Round-over bevel edge with a smooth, slightly sheened surface
- Abstract geometric base of intersecting open leg sections
- Plastic glide levelers for irregular flooring
Its scale suits a corner or a compact kitchen; see how it compares within our round dining tables and the full modern dining tables lineup.

- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, pet damage, modifications or commercial use.
- Orders placed with a promotional 5-year warranty keep the terms of that promotion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you order. Still stuck? Call or text 844-305-3247 or email support@newyorkmodern.com.
How long will it take to get this?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time averages 5 to 14 business days depending on the size of your order and your destination. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
What does delivery include?
Free Threshold Delivery, included on orders of $50 or more, brings the piece to the first dry area of your home, such as inside the front door or the garage. It does not include unpacking or assembly, and the delivery team does not take packaging away. White Glove Delivery and Assembly is available at checkout for $199.99: delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly and removal of all packaging.
Is assembly required?
Most tables and desks ship with the top and the base separate and the hardware included. What is needed for this piece is noted in the product details above. White Glove Delivery and Assembly is available at checkout for $199.99 if you would rather not do it.
Will it fit the space I have in mind?
The full dimensions are listed in the product details above. For a dining table, allow about 36 inches of clearance around it so chairs can be pulled out comfortably, and measure your doorways before you order.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The piece must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Non-defective returns carry a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Damage or defects reported within 24 hours of delivery are repaired or replaced at no cost.
What warranty comes with it?
Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; the length of coverage depends on the product. We handle claims for you: a technician first attempts a repair, and a replacement is arranged if the item cannot be restored. It does not cover normal wear and tear, pet or accidental damage, or commercial use. Email us for a free copy of the warranty for this product. Orders placed with a promotional 5-year warranty keep those terms.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. You can pay over time with Affirm or Klarna at checkout, subject to eligibility (see affirm.com/disclosures for lending terms). PayTomorrow is also available, including a no-credit-needed option. Prequalifying does not affect your credit score.
