The legs are the argument here. Set at a 45-degree angle rather than dropped straight from the corners, they give the Bruner a lean, deliberately engineered stance, and the recessed apron above them lets the top appear to float clear of its supports.
A premium ash veneer top in a natural brown finish carries the organic grain that keeps all that geometry from feeling cold. Underneath, solid rubberwood, ash veneer and engineered wood combine into a frame built for daily use rather than occasional dinners. At 72 inches it comfortably seats four to six. It belongs with our modern dining tables, finished with a set of dining chairs.
