The Bixby Office Desk solves two problems with a single piece of furniture: a work surface with a comfortable 24 inches of clearance, and a tiered bookshelf rising 71 inches above it for everything the desktop cannot hold. Organic wood grain meets sleek shelving, and the contrast keeps a working wall from looking utilitarian.
Two pull-out drawers on full-extension glides take the small, essential clutter. The shelves above take the reference books, the plant, the framed print. Particleboard and MDF construction keeps the frame sturdy through years of daily use.
