Six Feet of Mango Wood
Add a foot and the conversation changes. At 72 inches, the Amistad seats six to eight, which is the difference between hosting dinner and hosting everyone. Authentic mango wood gives the top its depth of grain and its weight, and the modern farmhouse silhouette keeps it from feeling precious.
Adjustable non-marking foot pads take the wobble out of an old floor and spare the boards beneath. The one-inch top and 38-inch depth leave room for platters down the center and elbows on either side, so nobody has to negotiate for space.
